Terms for OpsChaos Scanner, the OpsLab cabinet, and Operations Watchdog.
Who these terms cover
These Terms govern OpsChaos Scanner, the OpsLab cabinet, Operations Watchdog, related reports, alerts, support, and connector services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an order, connecting a system, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
Products and service scope
Scanner is a temporary diagnostic entry point. Watchdog is an ongoing monitoring service that can collect connector signals, derive metrics and evidence, and create alerts or briefs within the selected plan and available source coverage. Human review, a named service owner, alert-response targets, implementation, or remediation are included only where a signed order explicitly defines the item and cadence; the standard subscription does not imply unlimited services.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate details, keep your sign-in methods secure, and notify OpsLab promptly of suspected misuse. One account must not be shared in a way that bypasses authorization or plan limits. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account until you notify us. We may rate-limit, require re-authentication, or suspend access to protect the Service.
Connectors and your authority
You choose each provider, organization, workspace, and credential. You confirm that you are authorized to expose the selected work data, including data relating to employees, contractors, customers, or other people. Use OAuth or a dedicated least-privilege credential; never provide an account password. Metadata can itself be personal or confidential. The connector notice describes baseline fields and retention, and the setup screen should identify connector-specific access.
Plans, prices, and connector limits
The current monthly Watchdog plans are Pulse at €99 for 1 connector, Growth at €299 for up to 4 connectors, and Command at €599 without a numerical connector cap, subject to reasonable use, provider limits, and the agreed service scope. A connector is one authenticated provider/workspace link. Prices shown in a signed order or at checkout control. Any required tax or different payable total must be shown before you authorize payment.
WayForPay billing, currency, and renewal
Paid Watchdog plans renew monthly. The public offer is denominated in EUR, while WayForPay processes the payment in UAH. Before leaving OpsLab, you are shown the EUR plan price, the exact UAH amount for the first charge, and the UAH amount scheduled for future monthly charges. By separately accepting recurring billing, you authorize that schedule. After the initial payment, the preset schedule allows up to 60 future monthly renewal charges; continuation after that schedule ends requires a new authorization. The WayForPay store configured for checkout is identified as friendlyfix_com_ua; WayForPay may render a related merchant or statement descriptor. If that descriptor does not match the seller details shown before purchase, do not continue and contact support. Card and bank details are entered only into WayForPay’s hosted interface.
Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds
To stop future renewals, use the subscription-cancellation control in the signed-in cabinet where available, or contact janedavydiuk@opslab.uk from the account email before the next scheduled charge. The control asks WayForPay to remove the recurring schedule and is complete only after provider confirmation; the result states whether future charges stopped and the paid-service end date. Access normally continues through the already-paid period, then ends, unless a refund, dispute, security issue, or signed order requires another outcome. Failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments may limit access. Except where mandatory law or a signed order requires otherwise, fees for a period that has started are not refundable. Duplicate charges, technical errors, and legally required withdrawal or refund rights are reviewed promptly.
Trials and changes of plan
A cabinet trial, when offered, lasts 14 days and includes at most 1 connector unless stated otherwise. It is not a paid subscription and does not renew automatically. Upgrades apply after the relevant payment is confirmed. Downgrades, credits, and the effective date of plan changes must be confirmed by OpsLab before they apply.
Data, privacy, and retention
Data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice and Watchdog connector notice. Core Scanner sessions are configured for a 72-hour lifecycle; a deterministic aggregate-report cache can remain up to 30 days unless the linked report deletion control is used. Watchdog account, consent, connector, credential, metric, evidence, alert, support, and billing records follow the longer service and legal-retention lifecycle described there. Some read APIs return titles, URLs, assignees, participants, snippets, or other fields that may be personal or confidential. Do not connect data you are not permitted to process.
Automated analysis and decisions
Scores, alerts, forecasts, recommendations, and AI-generated text are informational operational signals, not legal, accounting, employment, security, medical, or other regulated advice. Coverage and accuracy depend on provider availability, permissions, data quality, sampling, configuration, and human context. Validate material findings before changing access, people, money, production systems, or customer commitments.
Availability and support
We work to operate the Service reliably, but no uptime, response, remediation, or recovery commitment applies unless it appears in your plan or signed order. Providers, rate limits, revoked permissions, maintenance, security events, and force-majeure conditions can delay or reduce coverage. We may change or discontinue a feature, giving reasonable notice where the change materially reduces a paid service.
Ownership and permitted use
You retain rights in data you provide. OpsLab retains rights in the Service, methods, software, templates, scoring, and general know-how. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use and share your generated reports internally and with your professional advisers. You may not probe, resell, copy, or misuse the Service, bypass limits, introduce malicious code, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Confidentiality and deletion requests
A signed NDA or data-processing agreement governs where applicable. Otherwise each party must use reasonable care with non-public business information received for the Service. Provider revocation stops future successful collection but does not itself delete previously derived records. Send access, export, correction, disconnection, or deletion requests to the privacy contact; identity and authority are verified before action, and some records may remain where required for security, disputes, accounting, law, or backups.
Liability and mandatory rights
The Service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every issue will be found or prevented. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. OpsLab’s aggregate liability relating to a paid Service is limited to fees paid for that Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Suspension, termination, and term changes
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk, or harm to the Service or others, and will give notice where reasonably possible. Terms changes apply prospectively; material changes to an active paid service will be communicated through the cabinet, account email, or an updated order. A recurring amount will not be increased silently. Last updated: 28 July 2026.
