Description of Service

OpsChaos Scanner is an automated operational audit tool that connects to your business tools via OAuth, analyzes aggregated operational data, and generates a chaos score with actionable insights. The Service provides informational analysis only and does not constitute professional consulting advice.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant OAuth access to the business tools you connect. You must have appropriate permissions from your organization to share operational data with third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding our Privacy Policy before connecting your tools.

Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only aggregated operational metrics, never raw content. All data is automatically deleted within 72 hours. You can delete your data instantly at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for full details.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, scoring methodology, and report format, is the intellectual property of OpsChaos. Your operational data remains your property at all times. Reports generated by the Service may be freely shared within your organization.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. OpsChaos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service (if any). The chaos score and insights are informational and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

Disclaimer

The Operations Chaos Score and associated insights are generated through automated analysis and AI. While we strive for accuracy, results should be interpreted as directional indicators, not precise measurements. We recommend validating key findings with your team before taking action.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Last updated: April 2026.
