Audit paths

Choose the audit path that fits your operation

Start with a buyer-aware flow built for the teams that most often bring in ops consultancies, agencies, and fractional COOs to stabilize execution and unlock growth.

Agencies · Services · Consulting

Protect margin, scope control, and delivery consistency

Built for client-facing teams that need stronger intake, tighter execution, and fewer hours leaking into unplanned work.

Best when you need cleaner delivery, profitability visibility, and leadership leverage fast.

Software · Product · Engineering

Reduce release friction and make ownership visible

Designed for product and engineering teams that need cleaner backlog flow, clearer incident response, and less fire-drill work.

Best when execution feels reactive and quality or throughput is slipping.

E-commerce · Manufacturing · HoReCa · Field Ops

Tighten handoffs, planning rhythm, and live operational visibility

For operations-heavy businesses that depend on cleaner coordination across shifts, queues, teams, and recurring operating routines.

Best when work drops between functions, schedules break late, or exceptions surface after the system is already under stress.

Trust & privacy

Controls you can inspect

Read-oriented, scoped access

Monitoring connections are designed for the least read access practical for each provider. Metadata can still include titles, URLs, people identifiers, timestamps, and other business-sensitive fields; review the exact provider notice before approving.

Scanner: 72-hour lifecycle

The core Scanner session is scheduled for deletion within 72 hours, and Scanner credentials are cleared after analysis. A deterministic aggregate-report cache can remain up to 30 days unless you use the report deletion control; account, Watchdog, consent, support, and payment records follow the other lifecycles in the Privacy Notice.

Transparent operational estimates

Estimated hours and cost of operational friction use the connected window and/or answers you provide. The hourly-rate assumption is visible and editable, and the report shows the formula and data coverage so you can judge the result.

Process

Four clear steps. Coverage stays visible.

You choose each source and can review the requested access. The 72-hour lifecycle applies to the Scanner session; account and Watchdog records follow the longer lifecycle in the Privacy Notice.
